Home Trust Title, LLC was established in March 1999 by Quentin Keefe and Maureen Lemay. Quentin and Maureen are well respected mortgage professionals with over 40 years of combined experience and co-owners of an 11 year old mortgage banking company located in Manchester, NH, Regency Mortgage Corp. Its primary objective is to provide efficient, professional and courteous settlement services to the lending community at large and homebuyers in general. Home Trust Title also provides title and closing services for individual cash transactions.

Working under Home Trust Title's director, Diane Morrissette, is Kristen Bishop who has been with Home Trust Title for over 5 years. She is a well-recognized settlement service professional, ready, able, and willing to provide customers with exemplary title and closing services.
